Just posted the July radio shows - 2 summarize interviews I did on the art of intentional living. It is only 2 five minute segments so I am sure I will have more to say on the subject. Enjoy!
In the past farmers in the Midwest would tie a rope between the barn and the house so no matter how strong the blizzard, they could find their way back home. (the image is from Parker Palmer's, Hidden Wholeness). In our culture, many of us need to find the line between the outside world and our interior home. Sometimes it is hard to know who we are, what we are trying to create, or how to live our life to the fullest. Sometimes it is hard to forgive ourselves for being the flawed, funny human beings we are.
My reflections are part of my strengthening the lines so I (we) can find our way home in hectic times. May our lives be a bit more intentional, authentic and joyful.
